Everybody knows that drinking much water is good for your organism. However, how can you develop this habit? Here are three tips from me!
1. Carry your bottle of water everywhere you go. When you always have your bottle with you, it is so easy to take a sip from it regularly.
2. Install an application that will remind you to drink water. There are a lot of different application available now, so you can choose whatever if some convenient for you.
3. Drink one (or even 2) glasses of water in the morning. For example, I always drink a glass of water with lemon right after brushing my teeth and now, I look good:)
