Instructions

    Combine oatmeal with flour, add warm water, syrup, yoghurt, egg and mix well.

    Peel the apple and dice finely.

    Add diced apple, finely sliced dried apricots and pumpkin seeds into the mixture.

    Drop dough onto baking paper in form of cookies, place into preheated oven (180°C, upper and lower heat) for 20 minutes.
