Flatbread with Avocado and Hummus

Make a flatbread (see the recipe below)

Spread hummus over flatbread, top with spinach, diced avocado, onions, tomatoes and sliced bell pepper.

Season with salt and pepper and tightly roll it up.

Combine 2 sorts of flour, add a pinch of salt, pepper and warm water.

Kneat dough and roll it into a round flatbread.

Preheat a pan with 1 teaspoon of rapeseed oil, fry the flatbread on both sides.
