Flatbread with avocado and smoked salmon

Make a flatbread (see the recipe below)

Combine mashed avocado with yogurt and mix well. Add small pieces of tomato and onion. Season with salt and pepper, taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary.

Spread the mixture over the flatbread, top with arugula, sliced cucumber, bell pepper and smoked salmon.

Roll up the flatbread.

Combine 2 sorts of flour, add a pinch of salt, pepper and warm water.

Kneat dough and roll it into a round flatbread.

Preheat a pan with 1 teaspoon of rapeseed oil, fry the flatbread on both sides.

- bell pepper, red - 0.25 piece
- hot powder pepper - to taste
- salt - to taste
