Mash banana with a fork until smooth.

Dice dried apricots, figs and chop the nuts.

Mix everything and spread the mixture on baking paper in a thin layer.

Place it in a preheated oven (200°C, upper and lower heat) for 15 minutes.

- walnuts - 5 g
- pumpkin seeds - 5 g
- dried apricots - 15 g
- fig, dried - 15 g
- desiccated coconut - 5 g
- maple syrup - 1 tsp.
