Rice with Vegetables

Add 200 ml of water into a pan with rice, add a pinch of salt and cook for 25 minutes.

Dice onions, slice carrots, zucchini and fry everything for 5 minutes. Add halved tomatoes and fry for 1 more minute.

Stir rice, fried onions, zucchini, carrots and tomatoes with green peas. Season with salt and pepper, mix well.
