Zuccini Pancakes with Guacamole

Grate zucchini, add crushed oatmeal, egg, chopped chives and dices tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and mix well.

Fry pancakes in a preheated pan for 3 minutes each side.
GUACAMOLE SAUCE

Add yoghurt to mashed avocado.

Dice onion and tomato.

Mix everything, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

- whole wheat flour - 30 g
- dried tomatoes in sunflower oil - 30 g
- rapeseed oil - 1 tablespoon
- sweet powder pepper - to taste
- salt - to taste
GUACAMOLE SAUCE
- avocado (medium) - 1/3 piece
- onion (small) - 0.5 piece
- tomato (medium) - 0.5 piece
- yoghurt (natural), 1.5% - 2 tablespoon
- lemon - 1 slice
- salt - to taste
- sweet powder pepper - to taste
