Buckwheat with salmon

Pour 200 ml of water into a pan with buckwheat. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes on a low heat.

Dice salmon and fry for 5 minutes. Add onions, diced tomato and fry for 3 more minutes. Add green peas.

Serve buckwheat on a plate and top with the content of the frying pan. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Garnish with basil.
