Flatbread with Tuna and Avocado

Make a flatbread (see the recipe below).

Make a hard-boiled egg.

Mush avocado with a fork until smooth, add diced onions and tomato, season with salt and pepper.

Spread the mixture over the flatbread, top with the egg, tuna and sliced bell pepper.

Roll up the flatbread.

Combine 2 sorts of flour, add a pinch of salt, pepper and warm water.

Kneat dough and roll it into a round flatbread.

Preheat a pan with 1 teaspoon of rapeseed oil, fry the flatbread on both sides.
