Muffins with Sweet Potato and Blueberries (3 pieces)

Dice sweet potatoes.

Add water, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Blend banana and sweet potatoes in a blender until smooth, add milk, syrup and an egg.

Add chopped nuts, blueberries, baking powder, flour and mix well.

Spoon the mixture into the muffin pans, place them for 15 minutes in preheated oven (200°C, upper und lower heat).
