Spinach Soup with Chickpeas and Smoked Salmon

Dice onions, chop nuts and garlic. Fry everything for 2 minutes, add fresh spinach and fry for 2 minutes.

Put a pinch of salt, the content of the frying pan and chickpeas in a pan and cook for 5 minutes.

Add yoghurt, season with pepper and blend in a blender until smooth.

Serve in a plate, garnish with smoked salmon and basil, season with lemon juice.
