Slice zucchini, egg-plant und bell pepper lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes each side.

Serve fried vegetables with hummus.

Season boiled chickpeas, tomatoes and sesame seed paste with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and blend in a blender until smooth.

- rapeseed oil - 1 tablespoon

- tahina sesame paste - 1 tablespoon
- garlic - 1/2 clove
- lemon - 1 slice
- salt - to taste
- sweet powder pepper - to taste
