Apple, Blueberries Cinnamon Waffles
Run the oatmeal through a blender until it has a consistency of coarse flour.
Add whole grain spelt flour, desiccated coconut, season with salt, pepper and mix well.
Add almond milk and mix well. Add an egg into the mixture.
Spread the dough on the surface of the waffle iron and cook ащк 4 or 5 minutes until golden brown. Serve with apple sauce, blueberries and cinnamon.
