Fried Sweet Potato with Prawns and Guacamole

Dice potatoes into chunks of 3 cm.

Add water, a pinch of salt, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Fry potatoes in a preheated pan with 1 teaspoon coconut oil on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add diced mushrooms, onions and fry for 3 more minutes.

Add prawns, season with salt and pepper, and fry for 2 more minutes.

Serve on a plate, add roasted sesame seed, garnish with parsley and guacamole sauce.
GUACAMOLE

Mash avocado flesh with a fork until smooth. Add yoghurt.

Dice onions and tomatoes.

Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well.

- mushrooms, fresh, sliced - 100 g
- coconut oil - 1 tsp.
- roasted sesame seeds - 1 tsp.
- drinking water - 400 ounce
- parsley - a couple of leaves
- salt - to taste
- hot powder pepper - to taste
GUACAMOLE
- avocado (medium) - 1/3 piece
- yoghurt (natural), 1.5% - 3 tablespoon
- tomato (medium) - 1 piece
- onion (medium) - 1/2 piece
- lemon - 1 slice
- sweet powder pepper - to taste
- salt - to taste
