Spinach and Fish Casserole
Peel and dice onions.
Preheat rapeseed oil in a pan, add onions and fry for 3 minutes.
Add spinach and fry for 1 minute while stirring.
Prepare a heat-resistant dish and place everything into it.
Season the fish and fry it both sides until golden-brown.
Top spinach with the fish and place the dish into preheated oven for 10 minutes (220°C, upper and lower heat).
Dice mushrooms and tomatoes, place them onto the fish, sprinkle grated Gouda cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.
Serve everything on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
