Sweet Potato Fries

Peel and cut sweet potatoes in strips (about 1 cm).

Add olive oil and all spices and mix well.

Spread potato onto baking paper and place into an oven for 20 minutes (200°C, hot air circulation).
GUACAMOLE DIP

Mash avocado flesh with a fork until smooth and add yoghurt.

Finely dice tomato and onion.

Mix everything and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

- parsley (dried) - to taste

- yoghurt (natural), 1.5% - 2 tablespoon
- onion (small) - 0.5 piece
- lemon - 1 slice
