Halve mushrooms and tomatoes. Fry mushrooms on a preheated pan with 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and fry for 2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add cut artichokes and fry for 2 more minutes.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over the turkey fillet and fry it in a separate pan for 5 minutes each side.

Serve everything on a plate and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and capers.
