Vegetarian Pizza with Mushrooms

Chop olives, slice bell pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes.

Mash peeled tomatoes. Spread mashed tomatoes, sliced bell pepper and olives over the pizza’s surface. Sprinkle grated cheese and put sliced mushrooms on the top.

Place the pizza into a preheated oven (220°C, upper/lower heat) for 12 minutes.

Garnish with arugula.
PIZZA DOUGH

Combine two sorts of flour, salt, pepper, olive oil and 3 tablespoons of warm water.

Scrape the dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead into a smooth, firm ball. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Place it onto baking paper slightly lifting its edges.

- whole peeled tomatoes (can) - 100 g
- maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
- gouda cheese - 20 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 7 piece
- arugula - a couple of leaves
- sweet powder pepper - to taste
- salt - to taste

- flaxseed meal - 3 tablespoon
- whole wheat flour - 60 g
- olive oil - 1 tsp.
- drinking water - 40 ounce
- sweet powder pepper - to taste
- salt - to taste
