5 Superfoods

I think everyone has heard the word „Superfoods.“

This expression has recently become quite popular, but not all of you know which products are considered to be „Superfoods"

Today I’d like to start talking exactly about these products, as they prolong our youth and beauty, support good health and stop diseases.
When eating „Superfoods “, we turn into Superwomen!)) We all are eager to become a Superwomen, aren’t we? Just being beautiful, slim, young and successful.

Superfoods are products having great advantages for our health. When eating them, we won’t need any drugs.
Nearly all diseases are connected with the excessive oxidative stress, chronic inflammatory processes, and insufficient possibility of endogenous detoxification.

Superfoods make an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect as well as activate the functions of excretory and detoxifying organs.Therefore, there is nothing better than a healthy diet which includes a variety of Superfoods. 


1. Blueberries

Just going on with Superfoods, I’d like to talk about blueberry

Blueberry can be surely called as beauty fruit, as it is rich in vitamins C and E. Vitamin C is known to stimulate the production of collagen.
Vitamin E has been long considered to be the beauty vitamin. Also these vitamins are antioxidants which promote removing free radicals and strengthening the immune system.

Besides, according to Michigan University investigations if you take 200 g of blueberry daily, your waist will reduce. It occurs due to polyphenols which blueberry contains in great quantities.


2. Avocado

Many people make a mistake thinking that we have to avoid this fruit while losing weight, as it contains a lot of fat.

Indeed, avocado contains a lot of fat, but it is one of the most useful fats (monounsaturated fatty acids) which our body needs, and it promotes the process of losing weight if you take it in small quantities (0,5-1 avocado per day). Avocado useful properties:
- controls (lowers) blood cholesterol level

They are also high in vitamin E and magnesium, which improves blood flow and calms arteries, crucial for healthy hearts. Keep the skin on to get double the amount of antioxidants compared to the blanched variety.

Another Superfood is spinach!
Do you remember a sailor papaya from a cartoon?) He especially liked spinach and had great power and health.

OK, we do not need such muscles as he had, but it is difficult to refuse from power, energy and health)) So, why is spinach so useful?
It contains a lot of vitamin A, it is useful for our eyesight, nervous system, skin, bones and helps to fight against cellulite.
In addition, spinach is rich in vitamin K which is necessary for bones, reduces the risk of cancer and so on.

What else does spinach contain? Calcium, iron, potassium, copper, magnesium, sodium, phosphor, vitamins A, K, B1, B2, B6, C, E and zinc.

Spinach can be added into salad, pizza, soup and etc.
