Baked Zucchini Fries with Salsa Sauce

Slice zucchini into strips (about 1 cm).

Add olive oil, spices and mix well.

Spread zucchini over baking paper and place in an oven (200°C, upper and lower heat) for 17 minutes.
SALSA DIP

Chop onions, garlic and fry them for 3 minutes with rapeseed oil in a preheated pan.

Add tomato pieces, chili flakes and lemon juice. Stir and fry for 1 more minute.

Serve the mixture in a sauce dish.
