Couscous with Fish

Put couscous in a top with 150 ml of salted water, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let it steam for 5 minutes.

Cut fish and fry it for 3 minutes. Add diced onions, mushrooms and tomatoes, and fry for 3 more minutes.

Add 50 ml water into the pan, season with pepper and fry for 1 more minute.

Serve cooked couscous, add the sauce with fish and sprinkle with lemon juice.

- pangasiusfillet - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 piece
- mushrooms, fresh, sliced - 50 g
- onion (small) - 1 piece
- rapeseed oil - 1 tablespoon
- drinking water - 200 ounce
- lemon - 1 slice
- parsley - a couple of leaves
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
