Pancakes with banana and blueberries

Put quinoa into a pan, add 100 ml of salted water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.

Lightly beat the egg, add flour, mashed banana, diced kiwi, blueberries and cooled quinoa. Season with salt and stir well.

Fry pancakes in a preheated pan for 3 minutes each side.

Serve the pancakes with maple syrup.
