Zucchini-Salmon-Cake

Dice and fry salmon with 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil for 5 minutes. Add grated carrot and fry for 2 more minutes.

Shred zucchini using a grater with big holes, add ground oatmeal, finely chopped chives, sweet lupine flour, 2 tablespoons of water, salt, pepper and mix well.

Spread the mixture on a pan and fry for 3 minutes. Place fried salmon pieces and carrots on one half-side and cover with another one.
