Oven roasted vegetables with guacamole

Cut broccoli into florets, slice the rest of the ingredients, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well and spread over baking paper.

Place in a preheated oven (200°C, lower & upper heat) for 20 minutes.
GUACAMOLE

Dice carrots and avocado, chop garlic and put everything into a blender. Blend until smooth and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
