Dice and fry onions in a preheated pan for 2 minutes with 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil.

Add beans, sauerkraut, finely diced fried tomatoes and fry for 3 more minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, add caraway seed, lemon juice and mix well.
