Instructions

    Melt chocolate (20g) using a water bath.

    Separate egg white from yolk and beat it until foam.

    Add yolks into melted chocolate, mix well, add egg white and mix well.

    Add finely chopped prunes, nuts, maple syrup and flour into the mixture and mix well.

    Place into preheated oven for 12 minutes (220°C, upper and lower heat).

    Melt 10g of chocolate using a water bath, add shredded coconut and pour the mixture over the cake.

    Let it cool and put in a fridge for 10 minutes.
