Quinoa Veggie Burger

Put quinoa into a pan, add 100 ml of salted water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.

Fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots in a pan, 3 min.

Put beans in a blender and blend until smooth.

Combine cooked quinoa, beans, sliced olives with onions and carrots. Season with salt, pepper and mix well. Form a burger patty and fry for 5 minutes each side.

Place arugula, an onion ring, a slice of tomato, mushed avocado and mustard on a lettuce leaf.

Top with fried burger, a slice of tomato and arugula.
